Eugurt Pro and Bulk sizes DO NOT include starter culture. 

These are cost effective options that can be sub-cultured from previous eugurt batches or commercial yogurts.  Fresh starter culture may also be used.

Eugurt "Starter" offerings are complete with mix and starter.
